We take great care to ship your Eliquid and it should arrive in perfect condition. However, if there is something wrong with your liquid or if you have ordered the wrong product or amount, we’ll simply replace it or offer you a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- We won’t take back opened bottles. The seals MUST be intact.
- Please contact us before sending Eliquid to us and we’ll give you a returns number to include in or on the package you send back to us.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
Our returns process is really straightforward: Contact customer services by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 0333 320 0498 and we’ll give a returns number. Put a note on the package which says RETURN NUMBER: XXXX. That number will identify to us whether we are replacing or refunding. If we don’t have it then we won’t be able to process the return. We’ll refund your postage when we process the return. That will happen within 10 working days.
Please make sure the postage is properly paid and that it’s packed sensibly.
